Simply log in, select the type of service you need (e.g., plumber, electrician, cleaner, etc.), then take a photo of the issue or upload one from your gallery. Add a short description, confirm your contact details and address, and tap Submit Request. Your request will instantly reach verified service providers in your area.

How soon will I receive responses or quotations?✚

Most providers respond within minutes, depending on availability and location. You'll receive a notification as soon as a provider messages you or sends a quotation through the in-app chat.

Can I chat directly with a provider before accepting a quote?✚

Yes. Each provider can message you in the app to clarify your request, discuss pricing, or confirm details. All chats stay within TradeWork for your safety and record.

How do payments work?✚

Payments are handled directly between you and the provider — TradeWork currently does not process payments. You can agree on payment method (cash, transfer, etc.) during your in-app chat.

Can I rate or review a provider after the job is done?✚

Yes. Once your service is marked as complete, you'll be prompted to rate your experience (1–5 stars) and leave optional feedback. Reviews help maintain quality and transparency for all users.

How do I become a verified service provider on TradeWork?✚

Register through the app, submit your trade license or ID, and select the services you offer (plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.). Our team manually verifies your documents within 24–48 hours. Once approved, your profile goes live and you'll start receiving job requests in your area.

How will I receive job requests?✚

When a customer in your service area posts a request, you'll receive a push notification. Tap to open the request, review the photo and description, and chat with the customer to discuss the issue or send a quotation.

Can multiple providers bid for the same job?✚

Yes. All verified providers in range will receive the request. Once a customer accepts a quotation, the job will automatically disappear from other providers' lists — ensuring only one provider proceeds.

How are payments handled?✚

Payments are arranged directly between you and the customer. TradeWork currently doesn't collect or process payments, so you're free to agree on terms (cash, transfer, etc.) before beginning work.
