1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Trade Work provides a platform for users to connect with tradespeople for various repair, renovate, clean and DIY services such as plumbing, gardening, electrical work, etc. Users can request services by submitting a picture of the problem and specifying their location.

3. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Requests

Users may submit service requests through the app. Service providers in the vicinity will receive alerts to accept or reject the job. Service providers are under no obligation to accept any particular job.

5. Payment

Payment for services will be processed through the app. Service providers will set their hourly rates, and users will be provided with an estimate based on these rates. Trade Work charges a 5% commission to the client and 5% to the service provider on the total transaction amount, which is subject to quarterly review.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws and also registered with Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) UK. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Interfere with the operation of the app.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users.

8. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Although we do our due diligence for the service providers and clients, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. However, in case of any incident, please report it to us as soon as possible.

10. Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom govern these Terms. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our app and services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
